Data Protection is a core priority at Enzonic Send. This Data Protection Policy outlines how we secure, process, and ultimately dispose of the files and data you share through our platform. Data Processing and Storage When you upload a file to Enzonic Send, the file is securely transferred using TLS encryption to our cloud storage infrastructure. Files are stored at rest using AES-256 encryption. Our infrastructure complies with rigorous industry data protection standards. Data Retention and Expiry Enzonic Send operates on an ephemeral data model. Files are retained only as long as necessary to facilitate the transfer, up to the maximum expiry duration selected by the uploader (e.g., 1 hour, 24 hours). Once a file reaches its expiry time, or its download limit is exhausted, it is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our active storage servers. Access Control We do not access the contents of files uploaded to Enzonic Send unless legally required to do so by a valid court order. Password-protected files provide an additional layer of client-side security, ensuring that only individuals with the password can decrypt and download the file.
