FAQ
Is Enzonic Send really free?
Yes. Sending and receiving are free and supported by ads. There is no paid plan you need to unlock basic features.
How big can my files be?
Up to 500 MB per transfer without an account and up to 2 GB per transfer with a free account.
How does the 6-digit code work?
Every transfer gets a unique 6-digit code. The recipient enters it at send.enzonic.com/receive or in the app and the download starts. Codes stop working when the transfer expires.
How long are files kept?
You choose: 1 hour, 1 day or 3 days without an account, and up to 7 days when signed in. Files are permanently deleted when they expire.
Can I send a folder?
Yes. Drag a folder in or use Add folder. The folder and its structure are packed into a ZIP in your browser before uploading.
Is it private and secure?
Transfers use HTTPS and are encrypted at rest. Links are unguessable, and you can add a password and a download limit. Transfers are not end-to-end encrypted.
Does the recipient need an account?
No. Recipients never need an account or an app. A browser is enough.
What happens when I send several files?
They are packed into one ZIP in your browser before upload, with your folder structure intact.
Can I delete a transfer early?
Yes. Open My transfers and delete it. Signed-in users can manage transfers from any device.
Is there a daily limit?
Yes: 20 transfers or 5 GB a day without an account, and 200 transfers or 50 GB a day with a free account.
Why are there ads?
Ads pay for storage and bandwidth so the service stays free. Manage ad personalization with Privacy & cookie settings in the footer.
Which browsers are supported?
Current Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, Samsung Internet and Opera. Folder upload needs a desktop browser or the Android app.
How do I report illegal or infringing content?
Use the report form or email admin@enzonic.com. See the DMCA policy.
Who runs Enzonic Send?
Enzonic LLC, a company formed in Kentucky, USA.
