Summary in plain English
We never sell your data for money. But because Google may use cookies and device identifiers on Enzonic Send to show personalized ads, some US privacy laws treat that as "selling" or "sharing" your data. You can opt out in a few clicks, and if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as an opt-out automatically. You will still see ads, just not personalized ones.

1. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Enzonic LLC does not sell personal information for money. Enzonic Send is funded by ads from Google AdSense (website) and Google AdMob (apps). When Google collects cookies, advertising identifiers, IP addresses and device information on our Service to personalize ads, that may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or "targeted advertising", under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and under the privacy laws of other US states.
You have the right to opt out of this at any time. Once you opt out, we will ask Google to serve only non-personalized or limited ads to you on the browser or device you used.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
2. How to opt out on the website
Choose any of these options:
Option A: Use our privacy settings
- Scroll to the footer of any page on https://send.enzonic.com.
- Click "Privacy & cookie settings".
- In the message that opens, choose the option to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or decline personalized advertising.
Your choice is saved in your browser. If you clear your cookies or use a different browser or device, you will need to set it again.
Option B: Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor Global Privacy Control. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for that browser, without you having to do anything else. Some browsers (such as Firefox, Brave and DuckDuckGo) support GPC built in or through a setting; others support it through extensions. Learn more at https://globalprivacycontrol.org.
Option C: Google and industry tools
- Turn off ad personalization from Google at https://adssettings.google.com.
- Use the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out tool at https://optout.aboutads.info.
3. How to opt out in the apps
The Enzonic Send apps show ads through Google AdMob. Personalized ads use your device's advertising identifier.
Android
- On most devices, open Settings > Google > Ads (on some devices, Settings > Privacy > Ads) and tap Delete advertising ID. Apps will then no longer receive an advertising identifier for personalization.
- On older versions of Android, turn on Opt out of Ads Personalization in the same menu.
iPhone and iPad
- Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track, or turn off tracking just for Enzonic Send.
- If you never allowed tracking when the app asked, the app cannot access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA).
- You can also turn off Personalized Ads from Apple in Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising (this controls ads from Apple, not Google).
In-app consent
Where the app offers a privacy settings option in its menu, you can use it to re-open Google's consent message and change your choice. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before using your data for personalized ads.
4. Visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, personalized ads are shown only if you consent through the Google-certified consent message. To withdraw consent at any time, click "Privacy & cookie settings" in the website footer, or use the in-app privacy settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before you withdrew it.
5. Other privacy requests
You can also ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you (access or right to know);
- delete it;
- correct it;
- give you a portable copy of it; or
- opt out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing.
How to submit a request:
- Email admin@enzonic.com with the subject line "Privacy Request".
- Tell us which right you want to use and the state or country where you live.
- If your request relates to a transfer, include its share link or 6-digit code. If it relates to your account, send it from the email address on your account.
Verification. For opt-out requests, we do not require you to verify your identity. For access, deletion and correction requests, we will take reasonable steps to verify that the request comes from you before we act on it.
Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We may ask the agent for signed written permission from you and may ask you to confirm your identity directly with us.
Response times. We respond to opt-out requests as soon as feasible, and in any event within 15 business days. We respond to other requests within 45 days, which may be extended once by another 45 days where the law allows, and we will tell you if we need more time.
Appeals. If we deny your request, you can appeal by emailing admin@enzonic.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal". We will respond in writing within the time required by law.
No discrimination. We will not deny you the Service, charge you a different price or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your privacy rights. You will continue to see ads after opting out, but they will not be personalized.
6. What opting out does not change
- You will still see ads, because ads keep Enzonic Send free.
- Strictly necessary cookies (such as Clerk sign-in cookies) and local storage used to remember your own transfers will continue to work.
- Google may still process limited data for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention and aggregated reporting, as described in our Cookie & Local Storage Policy.
