Use Enzonic Send to share files you have the right to share, with people who want them. Do not use it for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or abusive. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material and report it to NCMEC. Do not upload malware, run phishing or spam campaigns, or try to get around our limits. 1. About this policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms of Service for Enzonic Send (the "Service"), operated by Enzonic LLC ("we", "us"). It applies to everyone who uses the Service, including senders, recipients and account holders, on the website and in the apps.

The examples below are not exhaustive. We may treat any use that is similar in purpose or effect as a violation.

2. Prohibited content

You must not upload, share, link to or distribute through the Service any content that:

2.1 Harms children

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including drawn, animated or AI-generated depictions that are illegal, and any content that sexualizes minors.
  • Content that grooms, solicits, exploits or endangers minors.

See section 4 for our zero-tolerance approach.

2.2 Is illegal

  • Content that is illegal where it is uploaded, where it is received, or under U.S. law.
  • Content that facilitates illegal activity, such as the sale of illegal drugs, weapons or stolen goods, or instructions designed to help commit serious crimes.
  • Stolen data, including leaked databases, stolen credentials, payment card data or other personal data obtained without authorization.

2.3 Infringes the rights of others

  • Material that infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights, including pirated software, films, music, games, books or courses. See our DMCA / Copyright Policy.
  • Private or confidential information about another person shared without their consent, including non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn") and doxxing.
  • Content that violates someone's privacy or publicity rights.

2.4 Is harmful or abusive

  • Content that threatens, harasses, bullies or incites violence against any person or group.
  • Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or that glorifies mass violence.
  • Content that promotes or provides instructions for self-harm or suicide.
  • Defamatory content.
  • Content that promotes hatred against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or national origin.

2.5 Is deceptive

  • Content designed to defraud, impersonate, or mislead people about who you are or where a file came from.
  • Fake or forged documents intended to deceive, such as counterfeit IDs, certificates or financial documents.

3. Prohibited behaviour

3.1 Malware and harmful code

You must not use the Service to upload, host or distribute:

  • viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, rootkits, botnet software, cryptominers that run without consent, or any other malicious code;
  • exploits or payloads intended to compromise systems you do not own or are not authorized to test; or
  • files disguised to hide their true nature (for example, an executable renamed to look like a document) for the purpose of tricking recipients.

Security researchers may share samples only privately, with consenting recipients who understand the risk, clearly labelled and in password-protected archives, and never in a way that exposes other users.

3.2 Phishing and fraud

You must not use the Service, transfer pages, titles, messages, share links or codes to:

  • impersonate Enzonic, Enzonic Send or any other person, brand or organization;
  • collect passwords, payment details, one-time codes or other sensitive information through deception;
  • host phishing pages or files that link to them; or
  • run scams, advance-fee fraud or other schemes.

3.3 Spam and unsolicited distribution

You must not:

  • send unsolicited bulk messages containing Enzonic Send links or codes;
  • use transfers to deliver spam, unwanted advertising or chain messages; or
  • post transfer links in bulk across forums, comment sections or social media in a way that violates those platforms' rules.

3.4 Circumventing limits and quotas

You must not:

  • get around transfer size limits, daily usage quotas, download limits, expiry rules or the extension limit, for example by using multiple accounts, rotating IP addresses, proxies or VPNs for that purpose, or splitting content to evade enforcement;
  • create accounts in bulk or use fake identities;
  • tamper with, falsely trigger or automate rewarded ads or ad interactions, or click on ads fraudulently; or
  • interfere with or bypass any security, consent or access-control feature, including transfer passwords.

3.5 Automated access, scraping and abuse of the platform

You must not:

  • use bots, scripts, crawlers or other automated means to access the Service, upload or download files, or guess share links or 6-digit codes, except through interfaces we expressly provide for that purpose;
  • scrape, harvest or index transfers, file names, titles, messages or user information;
  • use the Service as a content delivery network, permanent file host, or to hotlink files into websites or apps;
  • send excessive requests, or attempt denial-of-service attacks or other actions that overload or degrade the Service;
  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service except as permitted by our Security & Responsible Disclosure policy; or
  • reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Service or apps, except as allowed by law.

3.6 Other misuse

You must not use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including export control and sanctions laws, or to help anyone else do anything this AUP prohibits.

4. Child safety: zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material and child sexual exploitation.

  • When we become aware of apparent CSAM, we remove it, preserve relevant information as required by law, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. NCMEC may share reports with law enforcement agencies around the world.
  • We permanently terminate accounts and block access associated with CSAM.
  • Do not download, copy or forward suspected CSAM, even to report it. Report the share link or 6-digit code to us at https://send.enzonic.com/report or admin@enzonic.com with the subject line "Child Safety", and report it directly to NCMEC at https://report.cybertip.org or by calling 1-800-843-5678. Outside the US, you can also report to your national hotline through https://www.inhope.org.
  • If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

5. How to report abuse

If you find content or behaviour that breaks this policy:

Please include the share link or 6-digit receive code, what is wrong with it, and how we can contact you if we need more information. Do not attach the offending file to your email.

6. Enforcement

We do not pre-screen files, but we act on reports and on signals from our abuse-prevention systems. If we reasonably believe that content or activity violates this AUP, the Terms or the law, we may, at our discretion and with or without notice:

  • remove a transfer or disable access to it;
  • shorten its expiry or block downloads;
  • warn the user;
  • reduce limits or quotas;
  • suspend or terminate an account;
  • block access from a device, network or IP address (including by using the salted hash of an uploader's IP address);
  • preserve information and report it to law enforcement or NCMEC; and
  • take legal action.

We decide on the action based on the severity of the violation, its likely harm, whether it appears intentional and the user's history. We are not obliged to take any particular action, and the fact that we have not acted against a particular piece of content does not mean we consider it acceptable.

If you believe we have made a mistake, email admin@enzonic.com with the subject line "Appeal" and the share link, code or account concerned. For copyright removals, use the counter-notice process in our DMCA / Copyright Policy.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP as the Service and the threats facing it change. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
