Summary in plain English
Enzonic Send is a free tool provided "as is". The files you receive come from other people, not from us, so only open files from people you trust and scan them first. Transfers expire and are deleted for good, so always keep your own copy. Ads and links on the Service come from third parties, and we are not responsible for them.

1. No warranty
Enzonic Send (the "Service") is operated by Enzonic LLC and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
We do not promise that:
- the Service will be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free;
- any upload or download will succeed, or that a transfer will be available for the full time you selected;
- file contents will arrive complete, uncorrupted or unaltered; or
- defects will be fixed.
Our full disclaimers and limits of liability are set out in sections 13 and 14 of our Terms of Service. Nothing on this page limits rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded by contract.
2. Files are shared by users, not by us
Every file on Enzonic Send is uploaded by a user. Enzonic does not create, review, endorse or verify files, titles or messages, and we do not pre-screen content before it is shared. The sender alone is responsible for what they share.
The fact that a file is available through Enzonic Send, or that its link begins with https://send.enzonic.com/, does not mean we vouch for it. Be careful with transfers you did not expect, and be suspicious of messages that pressure you to download something urgently or to enter passwords or payment details.
3. Scan your downloads
Files you receive may contain viruses, malware or other harmful content, even if the sender did not know. To protect yourself:
- only download files from people you know and trust;
- check that the file name and type match what you expected (for example, a "document" should not be an
.exe,.scr,.bat,.apkor similar executable); - scan every download with up-to-date antivirus or security software before opening it;
- be careful with archives (
.zip) and documents that ask you to enable macros; and - keep your operating system, browser and apps up to date.
You download and open files at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage to your device, loss of data or other harm resulting from files obtained through the Service.
4. Not a backup or storage service
Transfers expire between 1 hour and 7 days after upload (plus up to 3 days of extensions), and files are then permanently deleted. They may also be deleted earlier by the sender or by us. We cannot recover deleted files. Always keep your own copy of anything you upload.
5. Not end-to-end encrypted
Files are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encrypted at rest by our storage provider, but Enzonic Send is not end-to-end encrypted. Anyone with a transfer's link, code or QR code (and password, if set) can access it. For confidential material, encrypt files yourself before uploading. See our Security page.
6. Third-party ads and websites
The Service shows ads provided by Google AdSense and Google AdMob. Ads are selected and served by Google and its partners, not by us. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, the content of any ad, or the products, services, websites or apps that ads or links lead to. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.
The Service may also contain links to third-party websites, including those of our service providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices.
7. No professional advice
Content on our website, including guides and help pages, is provided for general information only. It is not legal, technical, security or other professional advice.
