Cookie & Local Storage Policy

Last updated 2026-10-17

Summary in plain English

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in, local storage on your device to remember the transfers you sent and your preferences, and Google advertising cookies or identifiers to show ads. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google ad cookies used for personalization are only set if you consent. You can change your choice at any time by clicking "Privacy & cookie settings" in the website footer.

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how Enzonic LLC ("we", "us") uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies on the Enzonic Send website at https://send.enzonic.com and in the Enzonic Send apps for Android and iOS (the "Service"). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies and local storage are

  • Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They can be "first-party" (set by the site you are visiting) or "third-party" (set by another domain, such as an advertising provider). Some last only for your browsing session; others persist for a set period.
  • Local storage (browser localStorage or app storage) lets a website or app save data on your device. Unlike cookies, it is not sent to a server with every request.
  • Mobile advertising identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID and Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), are device-level identifiers that apps can use for advertising, subject to your device settings and, on iOS, App Tracking Transparency.

3. The categories we use

3.1 Strictly necessary

These are required for the Service to work, for example to keep you signed in or protect the site from bots. They do not require consent under EU and UK rules, and you cannot switch them off in our settings, although you can block them in your browser (some features will stop working).

Name / item Provider Type Purpose Duration
__session Clerk (first-party) Cookie Holds a short-lived session token so you stay signed in Short-lived; refreshed automatically while you are active
__client_uat Clerk (first-party) Cookie Records when you last signed in or out so sessions stay in sync Up to 1 year
__client Clerk (on our authentication subdomain) Cookie Identifies your signed-in client to the authentication service Up to 1 year or until you sign out
__cf_bm, cf_clearance Cloudflare Cookie Distinguishes people from bots and protects the Service from attacks; set only when needed 30 minutes (__cf_bm); up to 1 year (cf_clearance)
Consent choice cookies (for example FCCDCF, FCNEC) Google consent message Cookie Remember your advertising consent choices so we do not ask on every visit Up to 13 months

3.2 Functional (local storage on your device)

These store information only on your device to provide features you ask for. Nothing in this category is used for advertising.

Item Where Purpose Duration
Your sent transfers Browser local storage / app storage Remembers links, codes and management details for transfers you created on this device, so you can view, share or delete them later Until you remove the transfer from your list, clear site data or uninstall the app
Your preferences Browser local storage / app storage Remembers your preferences, such as your preferred transfer settings Until you clear site data or uninstall the app

3.3 Advertising

The website uses Google AdSense (including auto ads) and the apps use Google AdMob. Google and its partners may use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads, limit how often you see an ad, measure performance, prevent fraud and, if you consent, personalize ads based on your interests.

Name / item Provider Type Purpose Duration
__gads, __gpi, __eoi Google (AdSense, on our domain) Cookie Ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement and, where allowed, personalization Up to 13 months
IDE, test_cookie Google (doubleclick.net) Third-party cookie Ad delivery and personalization; checks whether the browser accepts cookies Up to 13 months (IDE); 15 minutes (test_cookie)
NID, DSID and related Google cookies Google (google.com) Third-party cookie Remembers preferences and ad settings, ad personalization Up to 6 months
Android Advertising ID Google / Android (AdMob) Device identifier Ad delivery, measurement and, with consent, personalization in the Android app Until you reset or delete it in device settings
IDFA Apple / iOS (AdMob) Device identifier Used only if you allow tracking under App Tracking Transparency Until you change your tracking permission

Exact cookie names and durations are controlled by Google and may change. For details on how Google uses this data, see https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

We do not use our own analytics or tracking cookies beyond what is listed above.

If you visit from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we show a Google-certified consent message before non-essential advertising cookies or identifiers are used for personalization. In the apps, this is shown through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP).

We use Google Consent Mode. This passes your choices to Google's tags, so that:

  • if you accept, personalized ads may be shown;
  • if you decline, Google serves non-personalized or limited ads, which use only the minimal data Google needs for delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention and aggregated reporting, and do not use your data to personalize ads.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time:

  • Website: click "Privacy & cookie settings" in the footer of any page. This re-opens Google's consent message, where you can update your choices.
  • Apps: use the privacy settings option in the app menu where available, which re-opens the consent message, and see the device settings below.
  • US visitors: to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising, visit Your Privacy Choices. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

6. Other ways to manage cookies and identifiers

6.1 In your browser

Most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies and site data. Look for "Privacy", "Cookies" or "Site data" in your browser settings. Clearing site data for send.enzonic.com will also remove your locally stored list of sent transfers, and the transfers themselves will remain online until they expire unless you delete them first.

6.2 On your device

  • Android: go to Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device) and choose Delete advertising ID or reset it.
  • iOS / iPadOS: go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track, or turn it off for the Enzonic Send app.

6.3 Google and industry tools

Opting out does not mean you will see fewer ads. It means the ads you see will be less tailored to your interests.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when we change the technologies we use or when providers change their cookies. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
