Send Multiple Files at Once

Pick as many files as you need, or drop a whole folder. Enzonic Send packs them into one ZIP in your browser and gives you a single link, code and QR code.

Step by step

  1. Open the uploader

Go to send.enzonic.com in any modern browser. No account is needed for transfers up to 500 MB.

  2. Select or drop several files

Drag a group of files or a whole folder onto the upload area, or use the file picker and select several items at once.

  3. Set options if you want them

Choose an expiry time, and optionally add a password, a download limit, a title or a short message.

  4. Share one link

Send the link, read out the 6-digit code or show the QR code. The receiver downloads everything as a single ZIP.

Sending ten attachments one by one is slow, and most chat apps and email clients make it worse by capping each message. Enzonic Send handles a batch the same way it handles a single file: you add everything, you get one link, and the receiver downloads one package.

What happens when you add several files

When you select more than one file, or drop a folder, Enzonic Send builds a ZIP archive right in your browser before uploading it. That means:

  • One download for the receiver. They don't have to click through a list or worry about missing a file.
  • Folder structure is kept. Drop a project folder with subfolders and the ZIP has the same layout.
  • Originals stay untouched. Photos, videos and documents go into the archive as they are. Nothing is resized or re-encoded.

A single file is sent as-is, with no ZIP wrapper. Only multi-file and folder sends get packed.

How to select multiple files on each device

The trick is usually in the file picker, not the website. Here is what works on common setups.

Windows

Open File Explorer, select files with Ctrl+click (or Shift+click for a range), then drag the selection onto the upload area. You can also drag an entire folder straight from File Explorer.

Mac

In Finder, hold Command and click each file, or press Command+A to select everything in a folder. Drag the selection or the folder into the browser window.

iPhone and iPad

In Safari, tap the upload area. Choose Photo Library to tick several photos and videos, or Choose File to open the Files app, then tap Select in the top corner and pick multiple items. If you send photos often from your phone, the iPhone to PC guide covers that route in detail.

Android

In Chrome, tap the upload area to open the file picker. Long-press the first file to start selecting, then tap the others. Some gallery apps only allow one pick at a time; switch to the Files or Browse view if that happens.

Linux and ChromeOS

The browser's file picker accepts Ctrl+click and Shift+click like Windows. Dragging from the file manager works too.

Size limits for a batch

The limit applies to the combined size of everything you add, not to the number of files.

Account Max per transfer Expiry options
No account 500 MB 1 hour, 1 day, 3 days
Free account (email or Google) 2 GB Up to 7 days

If your batch is close to 500 MB, check the total before you start. On Windows, select the files and look at the status bar in File Explorer; on a Mac, select them and press Command+Option+I for a combined size. Going a little over means signing in with a free account, which takes under a minute. For bigger collections, see how to send a 2 GB file.

Sharing the batch with the receiver

Every transfer comes with three ways to reach the other person:

  1. A link you can paste into email, Slack, Teams or any chat.
  2. A 6-digit code they type at send.enzonic.com/receive. Handy when you're on a call or standing next to them. More on that in share files with a code.
  3. A QR code they scan with a phone camera or the Enzonic Send app.

Files are stored on Cloudflare's network, so you can close the tab after the upload finishes. The receiver doesn't need to be online at the same moment you are.

Keeping a multi-file transfer under control

Batches often contain things you'd rather not leave lying around: contracts, invoices, raw photos from a client shoot. A few options help:

  • Password. Add one and share it through a different channel than the link.
  • Download limit. Set it to 1, 5, 10, 50 or 100 downloads. A limit of 1 works well when only one person should grab the files.
  • Short expiry. Pick 1 hour if the receiver is ready now. Files are deleted automatically when the time runs out.
  • Delete early. You can remove the transfer yourself as soon as it's been collected.

Transfers are encrypted in transit and at rest. They are not end-to-end encrypted, so for highly sensitive material, consider encrypting the archive yourself before uploading.

When to zip it yourself instead

The automatic ZIP is fine for most batches. A few cases where you might pack the files on your own first:

  • You want a password-protected archive in addition to the transfer password.
  • You need a specific archive format the receiver's tooling expects, like 7z.
  • You're splitting a very large set into parts to stay under 2 GB per transfer.

If you already have a ZIP, it's sent as a single file without being wrapped again. The ZIP file guide has more on that.

Common mistakes

  • Uploading from a phone gallery that only allows one pick. Use the Files view or Safari's Choose File option instead.
  • Sending the folder above the one you meant. Double-check which folder you dragged in before the upload starts, especially when folders have similar names.
  • Going over 500 MB by accident. Large videos tucked inside a folder add up fast. Check the folder's total size first.

That's it: one upload, one link, everything in it. Drop your files in the box above to try it.

FAQ

How do I send multiple files in one link?

Select or drag all the files into Enzonic Send. It zips them in your browser and creates one link, one 6-digit code and one QR code for the whole batch.

Is there a limit on how many files I can send?

The limit is on total size, not file count: up to 500 MB per transfer without an account, or up to 2 GB with a free account.

Does zipping reduce the quality of my photos or videos?

No. Your originals are kept as they are inside the ZIP. Nothing is resized or re-encoded.

Will the receiver get my folder structure?

Yes. When you drop a folder, the subfolders are kept inside the ZIP, so the receiver sees the same layout after extracting it.

Can I send multiple files from my iPhone?

Yes. In Safari, tap the upload area and choose Photo Library to pick several photos, or Choose File to select multiple items from the Files app.
